Paladar’s foundation was shaped through its relationship with Eduardo Orendain Jr. and the traditions of El Llano Distillery (NOM 1109) in Tequila, Jalisco. That relationship continues to influence our approach to production, transparency, and respect for traditional tequila-making methods.
